Volunteers are the

caring hearts and helping hands

of the program.

Everyone has skills and talents that can be shared; we have many opportunities that can take as little or as much time as your schedule dictates.  We are always looking for drivers for medical appointments, church, gatherings or to go for a drive.  We have occasional needs to pick up prescriptions, to get groceries and to be a friendly voice.  You can volunteer by picking up a newspaper or mail from the box, bring a garbage bag to the street, shovel snow or mow the yard.  Volunteering is easy, and the rewards are priceless.

Did you know: Volunteering boosts mental health by keeping people socially connected, decreasing loneliness and depression, and also benefits your physical health by lowering blood pressure and it promotes a longer lifespan!
